We had 25 shooters last month. I can’t tell you how excited that makes me! New shooters outnumbered Club members 2 to 1. But if they all come back in February they won’t be new shooters any more, they’ll be part of our Posse! If you think that you will need something for the match, let me know before and I will try my best to help you out.

Again, many thanks to all of you who make the matches run so smoothly.

Shooters of Columbus on Milgen Road has always been a great supporter of our club. They have or can order just about anything a cowpoke will need to shoot or reload. Stop in and say howdy to Injun John behind the counter, browse or shoot at their indoor range.

Whoot Al still has a Stevens 311 double barrel or two for sale. You can contact him at the email address below for details.

We will have four stages to shoot on Saturday. 50 rounds of Pistol, 50 rounds of rifle and 25 Shotgun shells will (should) cover everything one cowboy should need. If you have some pards who want to come out and shoot but don’t have enough gear just let me know. We have spare guns, ammo and leather for anyone interested.

It’s that time again!!!

ANNUAL DUES of $35 are… due. Please bring your money to the Next Match or mail it to Will Killigan. Remember, members shoot at reduced prices. This is a family membership so bring the family.

Rain dates. If the rain is really coming down, Then we will postpone our match until the following Saturday. If you are unsure, call Will Killigan. If it is after 0730 and I don’t answer then I’m on my way to the range.

After careful deliberations, considerations and calculations the club officers have devised the following plan. Ammunition, guns and leather will be available for those in need. We will have ammo for .45 Colt .44 Special .38 Special and 12 Gauge. The club will charge $20 for the ammo and the guns are free. This is in addition to the usual match fee. This will be all the rounds they would need to shoot our match that day, regardless of the number of rounds expended for the match. The club will keep the brass and reload it for the next match. Proceeds from this will go for new targets and range improvements.

Pards are always welcome to bring their own ammo and shoot club guns, if they don’t have all their own Iron.
