In this image you are standing inside the dome. Lots of plastering. You might say we are in plastering heaven. I mean we have earth plasters, lime plasters, gypsum plasters, and concrete plasters in this house.

The dome has a diameter of 22 ft. It's about 16 feet to the top. Of the dome from the center. A sky lights sits looking down at the center of the dome and lets you stare into the night sky. Well it would let you if I hadn't piled all that stuff in the center.

I figure I'm going to have to break down and get a 12' step ladder as using the extension ladder hasn't worked as smoothly has I had hoped. Once we get this room done an old potbelly stove from my father will adorn the room. We plan on sleeping in here once it is complete and while we are working on the outer areas.
