Chickens in the Kitchen
You're still on the southside of the house but the south eastern side this time.
That old rusty tin roof is going to be an outdoor kitchen someday. Currently
the dogs, chickens and my motorcycle all share the space. The tin was actually
salvaged from a chicken house fire where 10,000 chickens lost their lives.
Some of the chickens you see in this photo are survivers from that fire.
These chickens had never been outside till they came to Gypsyfarm.
The trees you see in the foreground are scub oaks. Strong, small and used for
everything you can imagine here at Gypsyfarm.
