This is the previous version of the house plans. The reasoning for the multiple domes was two fold. First the smaller surrounding domes served as a butress for the large dome. Second is I would not have to use any wood for the roof. Having the structure as fire resistant as possible is a major concern for us. We lost one place by fire, don't want to to do that again.
