In this photo you are standing in the large dome (22 ft diameter). A large vault stands in the center of the photo and is the main entrance to this room. Part of the inside wall of the vault is plastered with an earth plaster. On the outside you can see the stabilized earth plaster. The pole in the center serves as a compass to keep the dome circular.
