I feel a bit like a bear crawling out it's cave from a winter sleep. We hunkered down with plastic and tar paper for walls. It was another mild winter here in middle Georgia so in retrospect, it wasn't too bad.
We are pretty much living in the house. By pretty much I mean that we take showers, cook, eat, kick back and relax. Other than the fact that we sleep in a small trailer next to the house, we are totally moved in. The small trailer is a lot easier to heat and the walls in the house kept enough heat to prevent pipes from freezing in all but the coldest of days. Our main focus now will be walls and floors. Walls before floors because of the plastering task. Floors are going to initially be just cement, but may work towards some mexican tiles at some point as money and time permits.
Well check out the photos and keep in touch.
