Painted vault I must say that when I finished this, I really liked it a lot. I mean you imagine what something will look like, then when you finish it, you get to compare your imagination to the reality laying before you. I this case the reality looked better than what was inside my head. Another thing this really brings to mind is how color can affect the way something looks. Before it was an old dingy dirt walled vault, now it a beautiful shinney new vault. This leads into the dome, which has three vaults that lead to it. The dome itself serves as the buttress for this vault as the vaults goes thru the dome to create the doorway.
