Georgia JugFest Vendor Information 2009

Pottery, Arts, Crafts, and Antiques Vendor Application

Food Vendor Application

All Activities — 9 am to 4 pm

Georgia JugFest is seeking hand-made quality pottery and folk art, along with select arts and crafts. All entries will be juried by the photos that you send in and all items must be the original work of the person applying. We do not accept kits, reps or items that are not handcrafted by the exhibitor. Marketing is designed to bring pottery lovers and collectors, and those who appreciate quality arts and crafts into a home-town, good time atmosphere.

  • All spaces are 14x14 and are $50.00 per space.
  • All vendors are also asked to donate one item for the day-long raffle, to benefit the Roberta/Crawford County Chamber of Commerce.
  • Set-up can begin at 2 pm Friday, May 15 and 6:30 am Saturday, May 16. All vehicles must be moved by 8:30 a.m. Saturday, and vendors must be ready to sell at 9 am. No vehicles will be allowed in the show area until the end of the show at 4 pm and no exhibitors will be allowed to break down until then.
  • Vehicles must be parked in designated vendor parking area (this will be close to the booths).
  • Only those items listed and accepted on vendor applications will be permitted in booths during the show.
  • Vendors must supply their own push-up craft style tent, tables and chairs. A tent is not required.
  • Electricity is available for a limited number of vendors: first come, first served ($10 fee).
  • Call or email for info on the 2-3 possible free RV/camper spaces.
  • Pets are allowed, but must remain in pet carriers or on short leashes away from visitors.
  • No radios, tape players, offensive noise, or distractions are permitted in booth spaces. Music for sale can be played in selling area but all music must be discontinued during festival performances.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for collecting and paying Georgia Sales Tax.

Please include two photos of your work and one of your set-up. Fees are nonrefundable unless space is denied. Space may be denied if too many similar vendors have already been accepted. Mail application to Coni Merritt, 178 Northridge Dr., Macon GA 31220. 478-474-7833. Questions? Email merritttoo@hotmail.com. Payment must be received before application can be approved.
